Born just outside of Paris, Chef Gabriel’s first taste of a chef’s life came from his family kitchen, where he quickly realized his natural culinary skill. After a career spent cooking in award-winning restaurants across the globe, from Australia to New York and Bora Bora, he brings more than 11 years of experience to Capa, working with his team to continue to provide the high-quality dining experience that makes Capa one of the best restaurants in Central Florida.
